1. E-gift cards (or electronic gift cards) can be used to purchase items on our website dev.laguiole-david.com only. E-gift cards can only be purchased on our website dev.laguiole-david.com. E-gift cards cannot be used in shop.
2. Use of your e-gift card:
- E-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or used to purchase another gift card.
- If your purchase is less than the amount of the e-gift card, we will not issue a credit or refund.
- If your purchase exceeds the amount of the e-gift card, we will ask you to pay the difference.
- No discounts or vouchers can be applied to purchases made with an e-Gift Card.
3. How long are e-gift cards valid for?
E-gift cards expire 1 year after the date of purchase.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his or her right of withdrawal as from the confirmation of the order of the e-gift card, provided that the e-gift card has not been used before the expiry of this period.

They also apply to the sale of e-gift cards, particularly with regard to legal guarantees.
