Free Shipping :

Free Delivery from 150 euros of purchase with Colissimo (including VAT excluding shipping costs) for France (Rope included, excluding DOM TOM).
The free delivery is displayed from the moment you have entered your delivery address.

Laguiol Arbalète Genès David SARL undertakes to return the products which are in stock on the day of the order will be carried no later than 72 working hours after validation of the order by the customer. 

The articles presented on this Web Site are all made by hand. 

With our large number of references and our wide variety of materials, such as many options of customization, sometimes some products could not be available in stock or required design or customization work in our workshop, with additional time. 

Thus, the SARL Laguiole Arbalète Genès David undertakes to ensure the fabrication of the ordered product within 7 working days from the order day to delivery day with a delay of 72 hours. 

If you need to get the order to a specific date, our team advises you to take an additional margin of 1 day and notify us(adding a comment or writing directly an email to : commercial@laguiole-david.com.)  about the date you want to get the order. 

General rules :

Depending on the delivery area, the delivery cost is not the same. 

In order t understand how the shipping cost works, please read the following explanations : 

Delivery and port for France  Metropolitan, Belgium and Switzerland.

Laguiole-david.com put on the bill the transport fees according to the weight of your order. 

Be aware : The risks related to transportation are covered if the customer has checked the product on the arrival. 

In Switzerland, orders are invoiced without VAT, the buyer has to pay customs clearance costs at the order arrival, more the VAT related to the order about 7,5% (amount of VAT in Swiss).

Delivery fee for other areas : 

Our team offers the possibility to ship your order to any country you expected to be delivered. As you will see the delivery rate change depending on the delivery area but also on the weight and the volume of the package. 

Due to international transportation costs, we are unable to cover the cost of the shipment. We invoice you the delivery cost at the return cost. Please note that we have negotiated preferential rates

Be aware : Risks associated with the transport are only covered if the customer has checked the products at the arrival.

Different Delivery man :

Depending on the delivery areas, we use the services of different carries. 

In Metropolitan France, in the European Union and in Switzerland, we favor the services of the Post Office with the Colissimo Monitoring or the Envelope Tracked

This system is reliable and fast. If you would like more information on this service, you can visit the La Poste website. This service does not allow the tracking of packages in real time on the Internet.

In Metropolitan France, in the European Union and in Switzerland, when shipping is urgent, we call on La Poste with an additional cost for this additional transport cost.

Please note, there are no deliveries on Saturdays.

For deliveries in France outside mainland France (DOM, TOM), we use the services of La Poste.

For deliveries to the rest of the world, we use the services of La Poste.

These delivery times were communicated to us by our various carriers. They are calculated on the basis of working days: Monday to Friday - except holidays.

VAT for countries from European Union

Our products are invoiced with the French VAT for all countries from the European Union 

Switzerland :

In Switzerland, orders are not invoiced with the VAT, however, the buyer will have to pay at the order arrival customs fees more the VAT linked to the order on 7,5% (amount of VAT in Switzerland).

French overseas department : 

Concerned the following destinations only : Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, Reunion Island, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, Mayotte. We invoiced our products excluding VAT .
