Handle of 9, 10, 11, 12 cm…how to choose the right model??
The size shown is the handle size (not the blade size).
We recommend:
-A 9 cm or 10 cm handle for children (we can round off the tip on request, free of charge)
-A 11 cm handle is recommended for women and men with small hands.
-A 12 cm or 13 cm handle is recommended for men.
What are the shipping details when I order ?
We have your knife in stock, for a delivery in France count 2 to 3 working days by Colissimo. European Union countries: 6 to 8 working days. Other countries abroad: 8 to 10 working days
We have to manufacture your knife, average manufacturing and shipping time between 14 and 18 days.

Is it possible to personalize my knife ?
We offer you to personalise your knife.
Arbalète G. David offers you diamond engraving on the blade (when ordering, please indicate the desired engraving in the comments, for a maximum of 15 characters).
For another type of engraving or another location of engraving, do not hesitate to contact us.
How can we offer a gift card ?
It is possible to offer a gift card, either by contacting us by e-mail: commercial@laguiole-david.com and specifying the value of the card - or directly on our website.

What’s happening if the payment is canceled ?
If your payment is cancelled or refused, your order is automatically deleted. An order is validated when your payment is accepted.
Is my payment secure ?
Payments by bank card are SECURE. They are made using the Banque Populaire's Cyberplus Paiement tool, which uses the SYSTEMPAY e-commerce payment platform, on which all payment information is encrypted (SSL). When you enter your bank details, you are directly connected to the Banque Populaire payment server. Our company does not know your credit card number and it is not stored on our server. How can I return my order ?
For Products eligible for the right of withdrawal, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the Product, to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for his decision. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal for Products made to the Customer's specifications, in particular "made-to-measure" items and Products personalised by engraving. To do so, the Customer must inform Laguiole Arbalète G. David Eurl, by sending his decision of withdrawal by means of a declaration without ambiguity addressed by post to Laguiole Arbalète G. David Eurl, 3 rue du Champ du Bail - 63300 Thiers - France or by email to commercial@laguiole-david.com.
The Customer will have to send back the ordered Products, at his exclusive expenses, packed in a shock absorbing material and wedged, in order to avoid any untimely movement, in an appropriate parcel adapted in size, to Laguiole Arbalète G. David Eurl, 3 rue du Champ du Bail - 63300 Thiers - France, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the sending of the withdrawal form. The returned Products must be intact, complete, in their original packaging and undamaged. For more information click here
