Carbon Blade XC75

This is the traditional blade that becomes gray with use. This is a natural oxidation that can go as far as rusting if not properly maintained.

It should be cleaned with a damp sponge or cloth and wiped dry immediately.

Damascus blade

Our stainless steel damask knives do not require extensive maintenance.

After each use, wash the blade with a damp sponge or cloth and wipe it dry. We recommend that you keep a little food grease on the blade when you are not using your knife.
