The use of spacers in cutlery

The vulcanized fiber or more commonly called "Intercalary" allows to have a thicker handle curve but especially to add a colored touch to the knife.

These spacers are also known as vulcanized fiber, which allows you to give an extra touch of color and aesthetics to your knife according to your tastes. There is a wide choice of colors to dress up your knife.
