Natural stone from the French Pyrenees. It is composed of 2 grains :
- a medium grain useful for sharpening (to take back the edge of a dull knife)
- a fine grain useful for the maintenance of the edge (to take back the edge of a knife which still cuts)

The stone must be soaked in water for about 10 minutes before each use.
