Arbalète G. David is a French cutlery manufacturer since 1810, one of the oldest still in activity.

Based near Thiers, our craftsmen carve, assemble, adjust and polish our knives in the respect of tradition. 

Our handcrafted production and the numerous materials used are parameters that influence the availability of certain products at the time of your visit to our site. Superbe réalisation, très esthétique et robuste. Bonne et agréable tenue en main. Finition rigoureuse, fidèle à la réputation de la marque. Lame avec polissage "Miroir" sans défaut et sans jeu. Platine très réussie, malgré les difficultés de réalisation liées à la matière (naturelle) utilisée. Guillochage soigné. Propriétaire d'un Laguiole de la même marque qui ne m'a jamais fait défaut depuis 30 ans, je ne peux que recommander !!!
