Arbalète G. David is a French cutlery manufacturer since 1810, one of the oldest still in activity.

Based near Thiers, our craftsmen carve, assemble, adjust and polish our knives in the respect of tradition. 

Our handcrafted production and the numerous materials used are parameters that influence the availability of certain products at the time of your visit to our site. The materials used for the handles vary according to the origin, the period of the year... All the photos illustrating our products are therefore not contractual.
